In the arrangement of the Turbokraft Group Service Team, there are five teams in Shah Alam, two teams standby in Lahad Datu and six teams standby in Indonesia. These service teams is fully backed up by qualified factory trained engineers which has 32 years experiences in steam turbines including gearboxes and lubrication oil system as well as technical personnel to provide complete services from technical support, installation, and commissioning. Furthermore, they are well experienced in trouble shooting by giving good recommendation of spare parts, refurbishment, and from routine maintenance to emergency services. Our highly-trained staff, engineers and technicians are capable of handling any problems promptly and expertly whenever it occurs.
