On September 1995, Turbokraft was established and being appointed as Dresser-Rand Manufacturer’s Sales Representative/Agent for the Sales and Services of their range of Steam Turbines and Turbo-alternators (45kw-60,000kw) in Malaysia and Indonesia.
Recently on March 2007, Turbokraft was being authorized as an Agent for Formosa Heavy Industries Taiwan; under licensed for RENK, Germany in Malaysia.
In the accordance to the expansion of the after sale service for the client, Turbokraft Group have setup a branch office in Sabah, East Malaysia and Indonesia to facilitate customer quicker and better.
PT. Turbo Kraft Indonesia was established on January 2022 in Medan – North Sumatera – Indonesia and affiliated into Turbokraft Group to serve Indonesia customers.
In the arrangement of the Turbokraft Group Service Team, there are five teams in Shah Alam, two teams standby in Lahad Datu and six teams standby in Indonesia. These service teams is fully backed up by qualified factory trained engineers which has 32 years experiences in steam turbines including gearboxes and lubrication oil system as well as technical personnel to provide complete services from technical support, installation, and commissioning. Furthermore, they are well experienced in trouble shooting by giving good recommendation of spare parts, refurbishment, and from routine maintenance to emergency services. Our highly-trained staff, engineers and technicians are capable of handling any problems promptly and expertly whenever it occurs.
